Disaster Unemployment Assistance: – The Workforce is providing emergency unemployment for employees that have been laid off due to the virus. Applicants can go online or in person to apply for emergency unemployment fund. They are waiving the normal wait time people would normally see. www.disasterassistance.gov

Small Business Administration Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program: If you have been negatively affected by Covid-19, please consider completing the information via the attached link.  Governor Abbott is currently working with the SBA to qualify for the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Declaration.  Before the State of Texas can actually qualify for access to these funds, we must have 5 VALIDATED economic injury worksheets.  Once this occurs, the Governor can request access to these SBA designated funds. If/when the declaration is granted for the SBA EIDL program, applicants will receive additional information about how to apply for an actual loan. https://www.facebook.com/gcsbds/
